Nova Leap Health Corp. is seeking caring and reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients throughout the Louisville area. In this role, you'll help clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and contribute to their overall health, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying.
• Monitor clients' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with errands or transportation when required.
