Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader in our senior care team. You will supervise shift assignments, monitor attendance, and provide hands-on ADL support, while coaching staff on quality and documentation standards aligned with ISP plans.
