Job summary

Home Instead in the Pittsburgh area is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. You’ll build relationships, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, helping clients maintain independence in a supportive environment.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, be willing to work with the same client(s), and meet basic English requirements. Competitive hourly wages, benefits, and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged).
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
