Home Instead is hiring a Caregiver in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll drive to clients’ homes, providing companionship and personal care with support from a trusted team. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required, and you’ll work with flexible schedules in a community-focused role.

Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, plus $1 per hour for weekend visits. After 8 weeks, eligible caregivers can earn up to $18.00 per hour for select regions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; bilingual encouraged.

• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
