Job summary

Home Instead in the Pittsburgh area is hiring caregivers to support seniors at home. You’ll build meaningful relationships, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, while traveling to client homes with a valid driver’s license.

We offer quick hiring, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays, sick leave, and training. Weekend shifts with higher pay are available in select regions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged).
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

*Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
