Job summary

Home Instead in Pittsburgh is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors at home. You’ll build meaningful relationships, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, while gaining training and ongoing support.

A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and basic English skills are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged. We offer full- or part-time shifts with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits to support you and your clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
