Job summary

Home Instead is hiring caring individuals to become part of a Pittsburgh-area team providing at-home support to seniors. As a caregiver, you will visit clients in their homes, build relationships, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, all while helping clients maintain independence and dignity.

You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients

Requirements

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)

• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps
