Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Caregiver in Hampton, VA to provide compassionate in-home care and support for clients, helping with daily activities and personal care.

Earn $15.50-$17.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits eligibility. The role emphasizes building relationships, reliability, and consistent visits with the same client(s). A minimum of 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN) is required, plus three professional references.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have three professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking
