Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Home Caregiver in Reston, VA. Earn $17.50–$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and available benefits. Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care tasks to support client independence.

The role emphasizes consistent shifts with the same client(s) and compliance with care standards. Qualifications require at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LVN/RN), three references, and basic English.
