Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caregiver in Clifton, VA to provide compassionate in-home support. You’ll build trusting relationships with clients, assist with daily activities and personal care, and contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role emphasizes consistent scheduling, ongoing training, and a supportive team that offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or hold a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Must have three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license or registration requirements.

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
