Job summary

Home Instead in Chantilly, VA is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide in-home support and companionship. You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily personal care tasks to help clients maintain independence.

The role offers a steady schedule with weekly pay, and eligibility for benefits, with access to our mobile app for real-time updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have three professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
