Job summary

Home Instead in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Home Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support. Earn $17.50-$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus a benefits package and paid training.

You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help with personal care tasks such as grooming and bathing. This role offers consistent hours and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must provide three professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
