Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caregiver in the Columbus area to provide compassionate in-home care. The role offers hourly pay of $15.50–$16.00 with weekly pay and benefits based on eligibility.

You will support clients with daily activities and build meaningful relationships through dependable, respectful care. All qualified applicants will help maintain consistent schedules, access a mobile app for real-time updates, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
