Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care services in Wisconsin. The Home Caregiver role offers hourly pay of $15.25–$16.00 with weekly pay, direct deposit, and a range of benefits.

You will build relationships with clients through companionship, assist with daily activities, and support personal care tasks. We offer paid training, sick leave accrual, holidays at 1.5x, mileage reimbursement, 401k matching, and access to an industry-leading mobile app for scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
