Home Instead in Seaford, VA seeks a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide companionship and personal care. You’ll be paid $15.50–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits based on eligibility.

The role includes care planning, training, and ongoing support via a mobile app for scheduling and earnings tracking. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, bathing, and gentle incontinence support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Three professional references required.
• Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English reading/writing; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have three professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
