Job summary

Honor is hiring in home caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes across Albuquerque. This is one-on-one care where you build real relationships and make a difference every day.

Pay is $15.00–$15.50 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits and training. Caregiver requirements include at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN), reliable transportation, and the ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN or RN certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Complete required compliance or licensing steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Support daily routines and independence.
