Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Home Care Aides/Caregivers to support seniors in Manton, Red Bluff and surrounding areas. Earn $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and set your own schedule, promoting work-life balance in a caring, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living activities, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and safety checks. Must have a high school diploma, and a background check with a drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

A few must-haves for Home Care Aides/Caregivers:

• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
• We do not test for THC
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
