Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Grass Valley is hiring Caregiver/Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and help create a safe, comfortable environment.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, 1:1 client care, online training with CEUs, tuition discounts, and health benefits for qualifying hours. A compassionate, communicative attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a healthcare role.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen.
• CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in their home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
• We do not test for THC
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
