Interim HealthCare Inc. in Fall River Mills, CA is seeking a Home Care Aide/Caregiver who will provide personal care to seniors at home, assist with activities of daily living, and help with mobility and medication reminders.

This role offers the ability to set your own schedule and benefits like weekly pay, 1:1 client ratios, and online training. You'll join a family of caregivers, contribute to a safe home environment, and support clients with compassion and reliability, helping them live

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen (we do not test for THC).
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Schedule Options: Wednesday 7a - 2p | Thursday 7a - 1p
