Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers to assist seniors in the greater Pittsburgh area. You will build meaningful relationships, provide companionship, help with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care while supporting independence.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Weekly pay with direct deposit, health benefits, 401(k) match (eligibility), paid holidays and sick leave, and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged).
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps.

You'll be driving to client's homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*


• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honors requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
