Monarch Communities in New Jersey seeks a Care Manager to provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents. You will monitor changes in needs, update care plans, and encourage participation in community programs.

The role requires a CNA or CHHA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. A positive attitude and love for people are essential. Flexible shifts are available with benefits for part-time staff.

Job Description

• Pay: $21/Hour
• Schedule: All shifts available Thursday - Monday 7am-3pm; 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am

What will you get to do as a Care Manager?

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
