Job summary

English Rose is seeking a full-time Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team and provide care and engagement with our residents. Our staff to resident ratio is 1:3 in our homes, so you can focus on delivering exceptional care and building relationships. Wage range $17-$24 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Shift times are 2pm–10pm, with every other weekend required. Primary responsibilities include direct care, meals, medication distribution, housekeeping, and meaningful

Qualifications

• Experience as HHA, CNA, PCA or related caregiver role.
• Ability to engage residents in activities for holistic well-being.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Cooking and cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Dementia care experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
• Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services.
• Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.

English Rose is seeking a FT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents.

Wage Range: $17 - $24 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
• Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred)
• Valid Drivers License (preferred)
• Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
