Rose Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to join the Clinical department. The role supports residents with personal needs and comfort, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including medication administration as prescribed.

We offer a low acuity environment, supportive team, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is 2:30pm-11:00pm with every other weekend off, full-time hourly/non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting.

• Perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician, document administration, effectiveness and any adverse reactions under supervision of a licensed nurse.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 based on credentials and experience!

Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm -Every other weekend off and 5 days scheduled days each week.

Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. At least One (1) year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We offer a low acuity (no lifts, no 2 person assists!) and high resident to staff ratio to encourage independence and safety.Perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents. The Medication Assistant administers medications as prescribed by the physician, documents the administration, the medication effectiveness, and any noted adverse reactions or side effects under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
