Job summary

Always Best Care Seattle is seeking caring CNAs and HCAs for daytime in West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton and nearby areas. Join a welcoming team where your compassion is valued and your work helps clients enjoy comfort, independence and dignity at home.

Expect flexible 4–8 hour daytime shifts with weekly pay. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive, CNA or HCA certification, and at least one year of experience with older adults are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting older adults.
• Driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred; willingness to drive clients.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through compassionate support.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal prep, and daily routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Provide personalized care based on each client’s needs and preferences.

Pay Rate

Choose from flexible daytime shifts ranging from 4–8 hours, with scheduling options to fit your availability. Weekend availability is a plus!

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients


• CNA or HCA certification required


• Prefer a high school degree or GED


• One year or more of experience supporting older adults


• Must be 18 years or older


• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts


• Clear background check and drug test


• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
