Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking daytime caregivers (CNAs and HCAs) to support seniors in West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and nearby areas. Earn competitive hourly pay and weekly payments while delivering compassionate in-home care.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, companionship, and mobility assistance. A valid drivere20s license, insurance, and background checks are required. Extensive training and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• Valid drivere20s license and insured vehicle required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts; weekend availability is a plus.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines.
• Provide compassionate support and meaningful companionship.
• Help with light housekeeping and safe home environment maintenance.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.

Shift Availability: Choose from flexible daytime shifts ranging from 4-8 hours, with scheduling options to fit your availability. Weekend availability is a plus!
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
Prefer a high school degree or GED
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
