Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services- Seattle, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers for daytime shifts in Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, University District, West Seattle, Renton, and nearby areas. Earn $23-$25 per hour with weekly pay and flexible 4-8 hour daytime shifts.

CNA or HCA certification is required, and a valid driver’s license with a insured vehicle is needed. We offer benefits, paid time off, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and referral rewards.

• A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Support clients with errands and doctor appointments as required.
