Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is seeking caring CNAs and HCAs for daytime in-home care in Tukwila and surrounding West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Renton, and nearby areas. Build meaningful connections and help clients enjoy comfort, independence, and dignity at home. Pay ranges $23–$25 per hour with weekly payments.

Flexible 4–8 hour day shifts; weekends available. Requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, CNA/HCA certification, HS diploma or GED,

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to drive clients to appointments.
• One year or more of experience caring for older adults.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines.
• Provide compassionate, in-home care to help clients remain independent.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and accompany clients to appointments.
• Document care activities and communicate with families.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation within the home.

Shift Availability: Choose from flexible daytime shifts ranging from 4–8 hours, with scheduling options to fit your availability. Weekend availability is a plus!

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
