Always Best Care is seeking caring HCAs/CNAs to provide daytime, in-home support for older adults in the Kirkland area. Join a compassionate team delivering companionship, comfort, and practical help to clients in their homes.

Candidates must have CNA/HCA certification, a valid driver's license with insured vehicle, and be comfortable around pets. Competitive pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; willingness to drive clients.
• CNA or HCA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and encouragement.
• Assist with personal care, meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
