Job summary

Always Best Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support across Seattle area homes. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain clients' independence with a respectful, client-centered approach.

Daytime shifts available; 18+ and background check required. CNA/HCA certification preferred; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle recommended; pet-friendly homes.

Qualifications

• One year of experience supporting older adults.

Pay Range

Earn competitive compensation of $23-$25 per hour, based on your skills, certifications, and caregiving background.

Pay Schedule

Shift Availability

Choose from flexible daytime shifts of 4-8 hours, with weekend availability considered a plus.

Who Is a Good Fit

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
