Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate HCAs and CNAs to provide non-medical in-home care across Seattle and surrounding communities. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule, friendly team, and meaningful, one-on-one support for older adults in their homes.

You will assist with personal care, meals, daily routines, errands, and transportation, while building lasting relationships through empathy, patience, and respect.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience supporting older adults preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Schedule: Enjoy the convenience of weekly pay.

Available Shifts: Work convenient daytime shifts, with 4-8-hour options and weekends available.
