Job summary

Senior Solutions At Home, Inc. is seeking HCAs and CNAs to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care across Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, and nearby communities.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with onboarding and ongoing paid training available. You will build trust with clients, assist with daily activities, and support independence in familiar home environments.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• One year or more experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and encouragement.
• Assist with personal needs and daily routines.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and mobility support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Create a safe, comfortable home environment and promote independence.

Who Is a Great Fit
