Always Best Care in Seattle-area is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/HCA) to join our in-home care team. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, with daytime shifts available across Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with clients through companionship and daily support.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines.
• Keep clients homes tidy, safe and welcoming.
• Provide transportation support to medical visits, shopping, and activities.
• Deliver care that respects client preferences, comfort, and independence.
• Support independence and safety in client homes.
