Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and daily encouragement to older adults in Seattle. Competitive pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour, with daytime shifts across Downtown Seattle and surrounding areas.

Applicants should have CNA or HCA certification, a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and a friendly presence.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and light housekeeping.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Deliver personalized support to foster comfort, confidence, dignity, and independence.
