Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking dependable daytime caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and daily support for older adults in Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle and surrounding areas. As a CNA or HCA with a driver’s license, you will drive between clients, perform personal care, meals, routines, and light housekeeping, and engage clients in activities.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive clients.
• Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test is required.
• Comfortable around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Assist with personal care, meals, routines, and light household needs.
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
