Job summary

Always Best Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support older adults in their homes in the Seattle/Eastside region during daytime hours. You’ll provide companionship, assist with daily routines, and help keep homes safe and welcoming.

A warm, trustworthy demeanor and ability to work around pets are essential. We offer flexible daytime shifts (4–8 hours), weekly pay, healthcare benefits, paid time off, sick leave, paid training, travel reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification is required.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Offer warm companionship and genuine connection with clients.
• Assist with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light housekeeping.
• Keep homes safe, tidy, and welcoming for clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and outings.

Hourly Rate:

Receive $23-$25 per hour based on your experience and certifications.

Who We’re Seeking:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
