Always Best Care is hiring compassionate caregivers for daytime shifts serving West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton and surrounding areas. Earn $23-$25 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

A valid driver’s license and vehicle are preferred, and CNA/HCA certification is required. Join a welcoming team focused on helping clients live safely, independently, and comfortably at home.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship.
• Provide personal care, meals, routines, and daily tasks.
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home.
• Assist with errands, appointments, outings, and activities while promoting independence.

Pay Range
