We are looking for full-time caregivers.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/HR, based on experience

Shift Available: Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Location: The Patterson: 4175 Indian Ripple Road, Beavercreek OH 45440

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, transportation, bowel and bladder functions, shaving, dressing, hair care, and laundry, as per the resident’s service plan.
• Provide comfort by utilizing resources; transport residents; respond promptly to call lights; report observations to nursing staff.
• Respond to residents' needs while maintaining their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assist residents with transfers and mobility, following safe techniques.
• Support engagement staff in carrying out planned activities.
• Document actions accurately in electronic records.
• Follow universal precautions and policies regarding exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Adhere to professional standards, community policies, and legal requirements to serve and protect the community.
• Participate in educational opportunities to maintain and update job knowledge and certifications.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Follow mandated reporting requirements and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned or relevant to the role.
