Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for our Spring Hill community to support residents with daily activities and emotional well-being while following service plans and coordinating with the Wellness Director.

The role is full-time with a scheduled shift from 3pm to 11pm. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, a 401(k) plan, and attendance bonuses as part of a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional support per service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
