Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our Spring Hill community. You will assist residents with daily activities, support emotional well-being, and help implement service plans under the supervision of licensed staff.

This full-time position offers a 3pm-11pm shift, onboarding and ongoing training, and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Generous PTO, 401k, and attendance bonuses. Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong with Vitality Living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and emotional well-being.
• Support development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
