Job summary

Vitality Living in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Caregiver to join Landmark Lifestyles at Tupelo Community. You will assist residents with daily living, activities, and emotional support as outlined in individual service plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health related requirements.
• Full Time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
