Job summary

Vitality Living in Tupelo, MS is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for the Landmark Lifestyles at Tupelo community.

You will assist residents with daily activities, support care plans, and report changes to the team, while staying compliant with state regulations.

This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and delivering kind, respectful care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
