Job summary

Regency Park in Cascade Living Group seeks a caring caregiver to build meaningful relationships with memory care residents. You will assist with life skills, follow personal care plans, and blend multi-sensory experiences into daily routines.

We value reliability, positive attitude, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Full and part-time shifts, weekend availability, and growth opportunities are offered.

As a Caregiverin Memory Care with Regency Park, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Whatwelook for in a Caregiver:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company

$19.00 - $21.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
