Job summary

Royalton Place is seeking a Caregiver to support residents in memory care and assisted living. You will build relationships with residents, families, and staff, assist with daily living activities, and help implement care plans tailored to each resident's preferences.

Candidates should show care, compassion, open-mindedness, and a desire to make a difference. Training is available, with opportunities for growth within Cascade Living Group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Workers Card and CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Willing to be mentored and trained to join the caregiving team.
• Demonstrates care, compassion, open-mindedness and desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and life-enriching activities per profile.
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Blend multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the wellness team to address residents’ needs promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.

Simply put, as a Caregiver, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Required Certifications:

• Food Workers Card
• CPR/First Aid Certification

$19.00 - $21.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

Memory Care Openings:

• Full Time
• Day Shift (6a-2p) Tuesday - Saturday
• Swing Shift (2p-10p) Thursday - Monday
• NOC Shift (10p-6a) Sunday - Thursday
• Weekend and Holiday Availability Required

Assisted Living Openings:

• Full Time
• Day Shift (6a-2p) Wednesday - Sunday
