Job summary

Cascade Living Group's Regency Park in Portland, OR is seeking a Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with Memory Care residents, supporting life skills and personal care plans. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

We offer full and part-time shifts with weekend availability, competitive wages, and a supportive, patient‑centered work environment dedicated to living well for residents and staff.

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.

As a Caregiverin Memory Care with Regency Park, we're looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred


• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time


• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents


• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:
