Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Caregiver for Regency Park's Memory Care in Oregon. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with life skills, and support personal care plans aligned to individual routines.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. We offer full and part-time shifts, weekend availability, and a competitive wage range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.

• Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company.

As a Caregiver in Memory Care with Regency Park, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be reliant upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.
