Cascade Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver at Alder Bay Assisted Living to build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily life skills and routines.

You will implement personal care plans, contribute to life-enriching activities, and coordinate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly. A compassionate, flexible communicator who shows up reliably is essential for delivering quality care.

As a Caregiverwith Alder Bay Assisted Living, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:
