Job summary

Waterford Grand is seeking a caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents, support life skills, and adapt to individual care plans and routines. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care in a memory care and assisted living setting.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable punctuality.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties for residents.
• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and activities per their individual profile.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group.

Job description

As a Caregiverwith Waterford Grand, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:
