Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one home care to clients across diverse settings, including private residences and assisted living communities.

You will work flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through our weekend on-call program and paid orientation. We invest in your growth with ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must own a reliable vehicle.
• Must maintain current auto insurance.
• Must complete IDPH background check requirements.
• Must follow established care plans and instructions.
• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must accurately document services and observations.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes.
• Manage responsibilities with minimal on-site supervision.
• Follow the client’s care plan and report concerns.
• Ensure timely arrival for scheduled shifts and complete assigned tasks.
• Provide companionship and assist with daily living activities.
