Job summary

Nova Leap Health is seeking caring and reliable Caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes with one-on-one support. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, meal assistance, and light housekeeping to improve quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling - weekday, weekend, PRN, part-time or full-time - and a supportive team environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, provide individualized in-home support to help clients maintain independence.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team.

What You'll Do
