Nova Leap Health is seeking dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping seniors live independently with dignity and safety. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship in clients’ homes across the area.

The role emphasizes meaningful relationships, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment. Prior caregiving experience is essential, and reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in home care or personal care is required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized in-home support to help clients maintain independence.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other personal care needs.
• Help clients transfer and move safely around the home.
• Provide medication reminders and meal preparation assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and report changes to the care team.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.
